1) From the File menu
select Preferences. You will see a dialog
similar to the one shown below.
2) Highlight the Connections
option and press the Proxy servers button.
You will see a dialog similar to the one shown
below.
3)In the HTTP section
enter PopupsNUKER as the proxy address
and 8100 as the port number. You do not need
to modify the HTTPS, FTP, Gopher, or WAIS
entries.
